Midnight Blossoms is part of my continuing Abstract Flowers series, exploring how we interact with the interplay of subtle and strong mark-making. While cherry blossoms bloom in many places, I found some beautiful ones on the Microsoft campus; they carry a Zen-like energy that I return to whenever I need to step back from the grind of life.
Simply thinking about those delicate textures swaying in the wind does the trick. That feeling—the stillness and the profound connection.
