As I started creating this painting of Michelle Obama, her words…"When they go low, we go high", spoke volumes about who she is and her commitment to excellence. I gave her the biggest smile because, in life, she always seems to shrug off negativity. This simple yet elegant classical composition, conveys power as she stands with her head slightly bowed, eyes closed, and a big smile on her face.
